browser in order to view this document. If you do not have this
plug-in you can download it for free from Adobe's web site by clicking
the image below.
Please print it off, complete, and mail the membership
application to the credit union along with copies of two forms
of identification and an initial deposit of at least $25 for your
share savings account. The credit union will run credit and deposit
account verfication checks on new applications.
There is no charge or fee to join the credit union.
However, to participate in the services you must maintain at all
times at least one share equal to $25 in your share (savings)
account. The $25 is yours and if you should ever leave the credit
union it may be withdrawn.
